While technically, anything you do to them outside of building them per the instructions would be customizing them, I was referring to modifications I made to the model itself. For this one in particular, I raised the neck and collar up by 2mm and cut the back of the head back by 1mm to allow for better head movement. Here’s the full list of everything I did:

• made the modifications stated above
• custom paint job
• resin detail up kit (various greebles on feet, legs, front skirts, shoulders, and shield)
• metal detail up kit (verniers, elbow & knee joints, gun barrel, and power pipes around the waist)
• holographic decals
• matte topcoat

I normally wait until a season is over before watching it, but I haven’t been able to resist with this one.

Regarding this episode, I suspect Zettour will be using this play to take control for himself and use Tanya as a scapegoat. If he’s willing to sacrifice his old friend, he would throw her under the bus if needed also.

From Tanya’s perspective, I think she’s going to carry this plan out, then try and defect while leadership is in disarray. She’s probably taken into account that Zettour could be setting her up, but Being X will blindside her with something else.

Early access means getting access to the game prior to its 1.0 release. It also usually means you can provide feedback to the dev(s) and help shape the game’s development. EA games can also be priced less than their 1.0 launch price.

Shortcomings of the system are mainly that there’s no guarantee the game will be finished or the dev may just slap 1.0 on it and call it done, despite it being in an unfinished state.

I don’t know if there’s a way to “fix” the system and I think it works well for the most part. I think people need to not buy into hype so quickly and also be aware that they’re buying an unfinished product that has no guarantee of actually being completed.

Good communication is sexy regardless of how your brain works.

Where is ‘here’?

The current userbase is fine if you like to discuss Linux, Star Trek, politics, or memes. It’s absolutely not large enough for any topic that’s even somewhat niche.

I tried getting back into Lego for a while before switching to Gunpla/mecha models. Lego was starting to get expensive and I had a friend who was pushing me to give Gunpla a try. Your guy looks pretty cool, though. My goal was to build my own custom mecha.

Sometimes you gamble with a fart and lose. Sometimes people learn this the hard way.

I think the things I liked the most about OnK were how it focused on relationships between the characters and Aqua generally playing 4D chess. The showbiz theme was interesting, but I could take it or leave it. I’ll also say I was fortunate enough to go in more or less blind.

I’ve seen Mushoku Tensei and the following and enjoyed them, but I’ll check out the others:

I finished Oshi No Ko s3 and now I’m sad because it will be some time before s4 releases. I’m not really into dramas, but enjoyed this one; is there anything else similar?

Finished this a few days ago. Kitbashed and custom painted.

My main issue with 4 was the powers kinda trivialize things and make vehicles obsolete. Yes, I know I can still drive and customize cars, but what’s the point when I can clear half the city in 2 super jumps? None of the crazy weapons are worth using when you can just stomp or make tornadoes by sprinting. I still had fun with 4, but late game got old kinda fast compared to 3.

Having played 2, 3, and 4, I found 3 hit the sweet spot where things were zany, but not too over the top.

It’s good, just don’t expect what they were promising before launch. I enjoyed the base game and the Phantom Liberty DLC even more.

Witch Hat Atelier was a good one that released recently.

There’s nothing wrong with working a job only to pay the bills and seeking fulfillment outside of work. I love my hobbies, but I wouldn’t want to try and monetize them because they’re for my enjoyment, and turning them into a job would sap all that enjoyment out.

I think society (at least in the USA) has failed the younger generations in that regard. I remember being in school in the 90s and 00s and being told repeatedly to go to college for something you enjoy and are passionate about (also you need a 4 year degree, but that’s a different conversation). You definitely aren’t a failure for working a career that falls outside of your passion(s). Ask yourself what your end goal is for pursuing music as a career. Is that goal unattainable by pursuing it outside of work?
