It’s more a matter of practices rather than product. Microsoft killed the competition with every underhanded tactic they could use, they atrophied the PC ecosystem, the damage they’ve done is incalculable, and now that they don’t have the same power anymore, it seems that doing damage is still their main objective, dedicating even more resource to achieve it
