China's state media played down the severity on 3 January of the COVID-19 wave, with its scientists expected to give a briefing to the World Health Organization on the evolution of the virus later in the day.

The European Union has offered free COVID vaccines to China to help contain the outbreak, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

          I don’t care, I’m not trying to make that point.

          The point I’m trying to make is I live in a country that has no leg to stand on when it comes to pointing fingers. A country that made blood sacrifices of over a million people so that a few uber wealthy shit sandwiches could be more wealthy and powerful. I’m not worried about what’s going on in China because I’m suffering under an authoritarian regime on this side of the Pacific.

          Maybe if people who constantly whine about China would help me change things here, I would have the ability to change things there.

            I don’t know where you live, but I agree we should never be whining about a country and its people. To critisize the government if there’s a reason, but never the people. A country’s government and its people are not the same.
