So we normally use mdt and pdq for laptops and software push outs.

We just got started with intune and have all laptops enrolled and are using it for patching. Next step is we started moving over all our app packages to intune.

My question is with autopilot. So once we have all our devices set up with autopilot, as devices get old and we take them out of the pool, do you guys take them out of autopilot as well. Or will intune just remove them automatically once it hits 60 days. Basically I’m trying to figure what’s the best way to keep things clean as possible.

Also for the laptops we own already is there any easy way to get them all configured for autopilot. We have a script that we can run on each of them but just wanted to see if there was a mass set up method. Thanks

If they are managed by intune, why do you need autopilot too? Autopilot is just to set up a device at first boot/installation, and it simply applies intune config profiles and policies, nothing more AFAIK
