    It has weakened over time, but if I eat a large amount of red meat, such as a steak, I’ll have a reaction.

        It’s been 12 years now. Yes, only mammal meat causes a reaction, with fattier cuts causing a stronger reaction. I did have a reaction Gruyere once though.
