I don’t expect Trump to end the conflict in Ukraine, imagining him somehow ending the genocide is unthinkable.

I think the ukraine conflict is definitely going to end, media has been preparing the narrative for months already. Its not ending due to trump but hes going to take credit 100%

It’s mostly that I can’t see any peace that doesn’t involve government change or Ukraine being turned into a rump state being in the interest of Russia. Why would they even believe any kind of treaty with the west if they blatantly disregard them as soon as they are signed?

i think it will go down like in korea where there was a ceasefire but no formal end to the war.

Russia will take strategic territories and ukraine will never acknowledge it

    • I will actually be very mildly surprised if he doesn’t end the conflict in Ukraine. That is very much the Democrats’ war, and Trump has been saying how stupid it is basically since day 1. He has no sympathy for the Ukrainians (heartbreaking) and is a stingy bastard, I can absolutely see him cutting off weapons and telling Ukraine to give up.

It’ll be like how Trump originally spoke very positively about universal healthcare, because a friend of his was helped by the Canadian public option. Some ghoul will tell him why that’s bad and he’ll change his mind just like he did then.

not a single MAGA hat supports palestine, Trump constantly boasts about being Israel best friend and even calls biden a palestinian as an insult. Like you cant be a trump follower and not know his stance on israel since he talks about it every single time.

While I don’t disagree with you, I have MAGA family members who consider themselves to be pro-Palestine (recognizing the occupation as a genocide, opposed to military aid to Israel, etc.). They might not really understand the entire history of the conflict, but they know at least that Israel is the aggressor and that the Palestinians are innocent. However when it comes to Trump’s stance on it all they say is “don’t listen to what he says, look at what he does”, which at this point kind of rings hollow. Like, perhaps they believe he has to say some of these things to garner support, but when it comes time to implement policy he will shift gears. I don’t agree with the sentiment at all, but it may give you some insight into their thought process. I honestly think a lot of well meaning (but ignorant) people have simply been duped.

i do agree that its best to evaluate people by their results instead of rhetoric but we already had a Trump as a president sample and it was a continuation of US foreign policy. Honestly i think your maga relatives and these “well meaning” people are just being cynical here.

It wasn’t just a conituation, he presented an escalation. He moved the embassy to Jerusalem and recognized the Golan Heights as Israeli territory.

People who expected anything different were simply deluding themselves.

Trump is the type of anti-war that Himmler would’ve agreed with. If you simply eliminate your entire “enemy”… then there is no more war.

Considering Hinkle has seemingly purposely modeled his own branding after the political party Himmler belonged to… I’m not sure what his issue here is. Maybe he just wants to keep the genocides domestically. “Why are we helping others do genocide when we have so much genocide to do here!” That sounds like something a “national socialist” oh I mean “nationalist communist,” whatever Dinkle Dipshit is calling himself now, would agree with.

I really haven’t been caught up with Hinkle’s rise to fame but how is it that he has a following? He’s clearly a moron.

Is this just controlled opposition or am I seriously overestimating the intelligence of the average person?

I don’t think any party really wants to waste time, maybe besides publishing a condemning polemic or two from among their members, on a bunch of terminally online grifting dorks.

I’d imagine the best thing for anyone that’s a member of a communist party to do is to lobby their leadership to ensure that zero intersection occurs between their respective parties and this beefsteak party. That is to say, parties that that organize events such as protests or distribution events should ensure that their membership knows to turn away these people should they show their faces.

The entire existence of their rank and file’s purpose is quite literally to get people mad at them to generate attention in the same manner that the “alt”-right behaved towards the wider liberal sphere combined with doing PR events of things many of them and their own pied piper leaders have openly condemned as effeminate liberal behavior (I distinctly know they’ve called mutual aid “useless red charity” and uh whatever silly bit that’s associated with calling things performance something something) alongside using their larouchite connections to help their leaders attend events across the world.

Their actual staying power as an organization entirely relies on that nest of vipers not tearing themselves up over bullshit drama that will inevitably come and cause them to start splitting from each other into their own little individual personality cult parties.

“MAGA” doesn’t seem to know what it actually wants. They want Trump, obviously, but his policies are not going to solve their problems (except the racist ones).
