AppFlowy, other than closed-source Affine or AnyType, works on a regular Postgres database, exposes OpenAPI-documented endpoints and now also brings a Web editor, reusing Supabase Auth components.
On the other hand, Outline integrates Grist, which has a superior datamodel and also an API, but does not work off regular databases.
n8n is also not strictly FLOSS anymore, with activepieces being a suitable contender
