Blackouts are causing food in stores to go bad, disabling traffic lights, and leaving families without water or electricity for hours if not days. Desperate residents are chipping in to buy new cables, but this doesn’t help. Meanwhile, the authorities, unable to fix the situation, are blaming Ukraine for the apparent “destabilization”.

        But people that sit in tanks or manage them help maintaining power infrastructures. Also note that time, effort and ressources of all kind put into tanks and their management, also help maintaining power infrastructures.

      Especially if it’s one of the Caucasus republics, they are the first to be volunteered into action though.
