    Saying anxiety is directed at nothing is so stupid. There’s always something to be anxious about, you can rationalize the source of the anxiety really easily, people just don’t like introspection and to think.

      Not really. In Generalized Anxiety Disorder you often are anxious for no reason. It’s like your brain lives in a state of anxiety and it doesn’t matter if there’s nothing to worry about, your brain will still worry.

        Not what I’m saying. I’m saying every reaction requires a trigger, an action. Even the GAD is triggered by something, it could be a thought, a physical exercise, introspection, thinking about a future event, any such thing. You can easily pinpoint the sources of anxiety.

        Not thinking about those is lazy.
