In the formatting strip with bold, italics, etc., there is a troll face on the right that has never done anything when touched; I’m using v1.71.3 (288) on an S23 running Android 15 and One UI 7.0.

Okay, I had no idea that this was the way it worked. Then I wish @idunnololz@lemmy.world had the troll button say to do this if you press it with nothing selected. Anyway, ThAnKs!

Wow, I just discovered you can do the same with the bullet list button if you select all text. Neat.
