Ugreen has launched two new NAS systems - the DXP4800S and DXP4800 Pro - with affordable price tags. Although the products are not available internationally just yet, their specifications have been detailed to give international customers an idea of what to expect in the event of a global rollout.

According to Intel the N305 only has 9 PCIe lanes (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/231805/intel-core-i3n305-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3-80-ghz/specifications.html)

Do each of the M.2 drives run with only x1 lane?

        Yeah, 8(PCIe 3.0 x1)

It’s listed in the specifications section near the bottom of the page titled “M.2 2280 NVMe Slot”.

The Ugreen DXP4800S is already available in China, and starts at a price of 2,599 Yuan, or roughly $365. The DXP4800 Pro, on the other hand, is available for 3,143 Yuan, or roughly $440. Comparatively, the DXP4800 Plus, which offers almost similar performance as the DXP4800 Pro, retails for around $699 on Amazon as of this writing.

“Affordable” is relative. Do we even know what the drives are?
