I do like to read fantasy and sci-fi, so yeah, I just might look into it. Especially the one with some Cinder lore. A cinder deck was one of my first decks, gifted to me by the friend who got me into MTG so that we could play together. I’d later buy my first cards from Zendikar during its release, but I did buy older blocks eventually, too. I do remember the book I had was an anthology book, I’m pretty sure. But all I can really remember about it is, I’m pretty sure at least, was a story about a Kithkin people who are pretty cautious and let fear rule over them.
Looks like it. Looked it up, I recognized the cover. Found an online copy of it. The first story in it is Oad To Mistmeadow Jack, has the oppressive fog and everything in it that I remember. Should be fun to go back and read this. It’s probably been 15 years or so now.
