    Not true

    Calorie deficit = weight loss.

    Everything else makes no sense. Fat is just stored calories and if your daily calorie burn is higher than what you take in, you have to use your reserves = “burn” fat = lose weight.

      it is pure theory, in practice you have to consider genetics, fat does not melt like butter, instead it remodels and repositions, and no matter how much weight you lose you can find yourself with huge hips even weighing 60kg.
