Yeah, I know. You either study or play, I agree. For this reason I’d like to find a game that I can check twice every hour, that just keeps going in the meantime.

This is because I hate studying, I’m very bad at it and I don’t really get a feeling of progession and accomplishment while doing so. I’d like to trick my brain into getting those feelings, even if it’s for the wrong reason (it should work).

About the game, I’d like for it to be a game I can actually play from time to time, which is why I don’t think autoclickers will do the trick for me (but I’m open to try). I was thinking about Minecraft prison servers, where you had to grind to get materials and then sell them, or some kind of sandbox RPG where I can autofarm endlessly.

Rimworld on 1x speed and on a lower difficulty. Spend some time setting up your farms, materials, buildings and research, and let your colonists deal with it while you study. Bonus points: the music is relaxing and really good.

You’ll get a couple bad events every hour and probably will need to be on top of food for a while but on a lower difficulty with custom settings, you’ll be fine.

You’re not the first one to mention rimworld, I’ll give it a go
