    I mean the middle of “don’t kill people” and “let’s kill everyone that isn’t like me” is not a very defensible or principled location.

      Don’t kill people is the centrist position. The left position is eat the rich.

        I’m not gonna handwave and ascribe a single goal to all those on the left, but I’d wager a lot of disagreement on the left is the means by which to get to a world where violence is no more–more than it is to get to a world where violence is enacted upon the correct group of wrong thinkers.

            Sure, Bro, whatever.

            I’m not convinced that socialists, communists, and anarchists are all in alignment on their goals and means, and that dems spend their time assessing the effects of leftist infighting on who gets to die at the end of the day, but if that’s how you wanna view the world no one can stop you.
