It’s really just a bunch of veggies that were about to go bad, but it’s very tasty.

Looks like wheat, or is it?
Dollar store potato gnocchi. The veggies were eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and peppers.
No wheat, though instead of gnocchi I think cous cous would be awesome.
Looks good to me. Yum.
