I’ve tried other methods but I keep coming back to this app as a way to visualize and track GPX hiking routes. It’s battery respecting, gives me the info I need and nothing more, and it respects my privacy.

I almost never use it, but keep it on my phone, “just in case”. It is packed with small useful tools, that can com in handy at unexpected times.
I also keep the notification that warns me about sunset time 1 hour in advance, very helpful
It is nice. Though i only use it for sunset notifications myself
