well they all look like rather nice fuckups ie character. nice work.
The hatching lends a really unique atmosphere to this drawing, and the fact that it’s drawn by hand, line by line, towards building that sort of romantic ambiance. I think that if the lines had been some sort of repeating, copy/pasted texture, it would’ve looked sterile and boring instead. It must’ve taken a long time, haha. Patience and focus are really unassuming but invaluable attributes for creating art. :)
Haha, thanks! It turns out my meditation routine is just drawing hundreds and hundreds of slightly wonky parallel lines all evening.
There’s something oddly calming about this piece, I really like it.
