      I’m not sure what experience you’ve had but eBay does quite well on buyer protection. Same goes for Swappa. Can’t speak for either website in non-US countries though

      They are bigger than buying a brand new phome, of course. Stillabysmally low if you do it correctly, and even in that case every service now protects both the buyer and the seller

        No, I didn’t purchase any used phones online. I’ve seen some posts about used phones being locked. Even if I get a refund, I still lose money.
