They collect the data by scrawling news portal for cases against children and vetting them manually. So those individuals were not publicly an LGBTQI+ if you’re implying that. If you’re saying that there could be unreported cases, well sure nothing’s impossible. But here they’re reporting data that is available in the public domain.
