Gods I fucking predicted this. The motor heads need the vroom vroom or they won’t make the green transition. Now, it is legally required for electric cars to make a sound so they don’t sneak up on blind folks. Why not make it a cool sound that isn’t obnoxious?
Now I’m imagining “In the Hall of the Mountain King” playing increasingly fast and loud as the car sneaks up on a half deaf person.
