    If you are using lutris , try to use kron4ek’s wine (you can install it with protonupqt), i found out it tends to work better with repacks, then when it’s installed switch back to what you were using.

        I might have got it. Wine/Proton doesn’t like nfts partitions which is what windows uses. symlink your game folder into a brfts or ext4 partition, like your home directory and try to launch the game using that path like home/username/Games. point launchers to this path whatever ur using steam lutris heroic etc

          Unfortunately no dice still the same error, but just to be safe here’s my config I created a symlink to the game folder on my home folder I also tried multiple wine fork

            your best bet might be reinstalling, I had a similar problem with fallout 4. It was working one day both windows and linux but then, it didn’t work on linux till I reinstalled. Pro tip don’t use a repack. Get the unrepacked version from dodi because large game reoacks have a hugh chance of malfunctioning from my experience
