Don’t forget that God populated the earth with multiple tribes of people, gave them all a different origin story, then told each of them that theirs was the only correct one and all others must be vanquished, resulting in a never-ending battle between the tribes and slaughtering millions in the process.

Truly a being of love and compassion. /s

Before that everyone spoke the same language, when they built a tower too high god scattered everyone and made them all unable to understand each other.

Somehow though, in every language he NEEDS MONEY!

Not all X-ians believe that, but feeding your own kid to an idiotic religious mob so they can have him tortured to death by the government is really fucked up. I think their invisible, tyrannical, despotic sky wizard needs to go into family counseling either way.

I wonder if Bible ever says God is the good guy

He’s almighty, and that’s why people follow Him without question, but is He good?

The Torah, the Psalms endlessly praise God as being “good”, the word of the Lord being “perfect” etc

Eg from biblehub.com concordance. References to God being called one of the words for “good”…

You can tell it is fake because an omnipotent being required the torture of an unrelated party before it cleared a wholly fictitious debt. That’s some mafia shit.

Sounds like one of the driving forces of republicans, and conservatives in general: “We are corrupt, hypocritical, and just plain evil. You NEED us in charge of everything so we can protect you from people like us!”
