I’m thinking all of TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY, Enterprise, and the movies as they happen in the timeline, switching between the series as each episode happens. That’s a binge I’d love to get into.

Easier to watch in release order. There is a lot of episodes that are missing stardate.
Would you count time travel shenanigans as well? That might get messy trying to put that in order too.
