They have done a bunch to keep athletes cool without AC.

Many of these criminals used to be a “good guy with a gun” until, one day, it snapped.
There’s a reason why the US stands out of gun violence, and it’s the easy access to weapons.
I do know quite a few nice evangelicals who try to be counterweights to the crazy. But the evangelical culture definitely does produce lots of bigots, unfortunately.
There’s a long way down from that high horse.
Not feeling positive about that, but I still choose a positive outlook on life. You should, too.
I definitely try to anticipate future issues as well as I can, but I’m doing it from a place of positivity, not negativity. Negativity is what’s causing many of the problems be face. Positivity searches for solutions to those problems.

Living in the US, I see on a daily basis the indifference to climate. It’s been heavily politicized. One side cares a little, the other side does not care one bit. It’s very sad to see.
I also lived in Europe for many years where climate is less politicized and more mainstream. Most people try to do their best to contribute regardless of their political preferences. It’s a big difference to what I see in the US.
Nobody wants planes that fall out of the sky and lose sections mid-flight? Why not?
I’d argue that a progressive country like Denmark with its universal healthcare and universally available college-level education is substantially more free than a freedom-touting country like the United States that limits access to these basics to those with substantial resources.
Lifetime appointments with zero requirements for accountability is just not a good idea. The founders must have been drunk the day they decided that.
I fail to see the downside.
He won’t prosecute. Just reban the practice to satisfy evangelicals.
