I don’t have any huge feelings about digital ID but what I do feel frustrated by is the people want a solution to a problem. The govermwnt trys the answer that, then waters it down, then cancels it.
This is the perfect example of it with the original view to make illegal work harder. We will never achieve anything with such short term views and priorities. Just bloody see something to the end! And then decide if it achieved its goal!
I had this with Metroid Prime 4 just the other day. Have seen what I wanted and then got to the final boss. I didn’t have absolutely every single upgrade so the boss was probably more annoying that should be.
After a few goes and some bullshit deaths I just put it down and sold the game. I felt I was done.
But will the locals learn the lesson? Despite all this silliness they still voted for Reform at local elections. Reform are hardly restricted to a single area these days.
I’ll add this to the pile of stories of corruption, rule breaking and just general arse that follows Reform.
We watch it every year normally, and have done for years. However not this year, purely due to handling of Israel and we are in the UK so don’t even care about winning.

The prequel was a bit dull as we knew what & where it was all going, very by the numbers.
