Look, just say “I don’t want to do it! I don’t care enough about others to do something about this, I’m ok with being complicit to atrocities.”
It wasn’t successful. It had zero impact on the war and only served to make sure the Bush administration ignored anything we had to say.
Further, it made sure all future Republican administrations also ignore us.
