What burns me is how long this has been going on and how many people who must have known but who did nothing.

Just like with the Catholic Church (Sinead O’Connor being an exception, but no one understood her message).

What “burns” me is that this was pretty much well known anyway? The dude was into real heavy shit since the 90s who is exactly surprised by this?

This is just from mild surface level wikipedia: “In his college days, Combs had a reputation for throwing parties, some of which attracted up to a thousand participants.[34] Usher, who lived with Combs for a year in New York City when he was 13 years old, told Howard Stern in 2016 that Combs’s lifestyle was “pretty wild” during that time.[35] In 1991, Combs promoted an AIDS fundraiser with Heavy D held at the City College of New York (CCNY) gymnasium, following a charity basketball game. The event was oversold, and a stampede occurred in which nine people died.[36]”

He was openly acused by Tupac of being involved in his assassination attempt, his protege Notorious BIG was killed as well, like… that’s a criminal, all these years I just assumed he got connection, kept it lowprofile and was rich enough to avoid attention… which is pretty much what it was up until now for some reason.

My theory is that is why ma$e retired early and started preaching. He found out about diddy, knew he didn’t want that life, but too scared to try to do anything about it.

That was my first thought when all this came out recently. Ma$e walked away while they were on top of the world. Now it makes sense why he would give up the money and fame. I always wondered before.

Exactly my thoughts. I mean Harlem World wasn’t all that, but he was trying things. Then he just said, “nah I’m good. I do need this anymore.”

      Same as it always is.

Jimmy Savile was sexually assaulting women and kids for 50 years. Never faced charges. Everyone’s either too afraid to come forward, thinks it was just them, or busy riding the gravy train of money and looking the other way when it suits them.

How often do you hear about a father abusing his daughter and thebres tof the family knows and does nothing, even defending the dad when the girl comes forward?

Lots of humans prioritize stability over what’s right.

This dude trail of crime over 30 years is so big and overwhelming I hope we get more out of it then just Diddy.

For sure there will be a network of abusers, but I’d expect him to keep his mouth shut, because they did the same.

R Kelly would have known for sure about P Diddy and said nothing. Expect another big case in a few years featuring somebody close to both these guys. “Oh, who could have known?” the industry will cry, while covering up the rest of them.

Damn. So many claims that it definitely appears to be a pattern. There may be people piling on seeking cash, but I don’t think you can have this many claims without there being something sinister behind them. This shit is dark and it keeps getting worse.

I saw a press conference where a lawyer said they had between 100 and 200+ individual civil cases coming. Not class action. Individual lawsuits. They said they were working through 3,000 reports and the 100+ cases they had so far were very solid cases.
