Several Syrian websites report that the brother of former President Bashar Assad has landed on the western shores of Syria after intensive flights by Russian aircraft. There are also reports that HTS (formerly Al Nusra, affiliated with Al Qaeda and ISIS) forces have completely withdrawn from Tartus and Latakia.
