    Being able to fill out a form is in no way proof you’re not disabled

    But yes, we should also be figuring out ways to get it to those who can’t even get that part done more easily as well

      Filling it out correctly requires enough fairly high level of brain function - enough that you can get an office job at least. You might need wheelchair assistance or other accommodation.

      Okay, I’m a little snarky here. But it is still a reasonable rule to work with. If the form is so easy that you can get it done correctly either they are not getting enough information out of you to get you the right help, or they are not doing much to prevent “freeloaders” (which might be a correct choice for society, but be honest if it is the choice instead of claiming freeloaders don’t exist). Most likely both at the same time.

        I know someone with no arms that did it slowly with their feet. Think they can do an office job with just minor accomodations?
