    Still you have deal with genetic. If you are born with a kind of body any exercise will be useless. As begin old as well. You can be slim but having a fat belly and big hips. So…hope you as Anon are born without this genetic traits…

      Not true

      Calorie deficit = weight loss.

      Everything else makes no sense. Fat is just stored calories and if your daily calorie burn is higher than what you take in, you have to use your reserves = “burn” fat = lose weight.

        it is pure theory, in practice you have to consider genetics, fat does not melt like butter, instead it remodels and repositions, and no matter how much weight you lose you can find yourself with huge hips even weighing 60kg.
