What the hell is that article. It reads like pure and unabashed jingoism reflecting on a war, that unfortunately couldn’t be won.
American soldiers will come back to your country twenty years later to make a movie about how killing you made them sad.
Then the children of the American soldiers will come back to your country sixty years later to write articles about how killing you and committing warcrimes on you was completely justified.
And get super indignant when the people of said country depict fighting back against America as a good thing
I wish they actually got spit on when they got home, among many other things of course
