That’s true though, that time is “never”.
EU itself is living on borrowed time at this point. Countries are going to start doing ladder pulling as the economic crisis in Europe deepens. Something like EU only makes sense when the times are good and there’s lots of money to go around. Plummeting standard of living forces politicians to take measures to keep domestic public from rioting, and that’s not compatible with EU goals like funding the proxy war in Ukraine or banning energy trade with Russia.
I can imagine Ukraine and Moldova but Georgia?
They won’t even let Turkey in.
I support this endeavour, because It’ll just bankrupt the EU even further.
