Until 2029 omg. The Ukranian population is declining since the war started. How are they supposed to recover from it? Let’s say it will end in 2029, this will be absolute hard to recover from. Also rebuilding the country. You also need people to make children and in war times it is not easy to do it, because you don’t want to raise children in war times.
Also the decline in the working age population, that’s a huge population. Even if right now a woman gets pregnant, it takes a long time till the child will be able to work. This is a disaster. Ukraine wants reparations, but even with money you won’t be able to suddenly make people spawn from somewhere.
Immigration could be a solution than. But Ukraine has to be attractive enough so that specialised people will migrate to Ukraine. This all looks very very bad.
2029 sounds like a death sentence. Would Ukraine even be inhabitable if the war dragged on for that long?
