It depends exactly how you’re sharing things - I use “pCloud” for online storage, which allows sharing links to files and folders.

You can either share folders of things which can be previewed/downloaded within the pcloud website, or put them in the “public folder” which should allow direct linking to the files. It has no comments/social media style stuff tacked on - just files.

Their servers are in Switzerland, and they are considered to have good privacy.

However, they’re not open and it does cost money.

You can pay a one-off payment instead of monthly etc, if that makes a difference. I think when I got mine it was something like £200 for 2TB permanently, though that was quite some years ago now.

Note that they appear to be in a perpetual state of “special offer! 50% off!”, though the discount varies, I think it’s probably never “full price” - but if they’re presenting the price as “unmissable, limited time only”, I assure that it is “missable”.

Not a dissimilar sort of thing, but novelty candidates have been a staple of British elections for decades.

Normally, they’re not going to stand any realistic chance of winning anything (one exception being when Hartlepool once elected a man dressed as a monkey) but it only costs £500 to register and sometimes that’s worth it for a laugh.

What’s funny in this case is that Nigel Farage is trying to delay or stop an investigation into some of his crimes by stepping down as MP, and then standing for re-election (I don’t quite know how this is meant to work), but all the “real” opposition have refused to field candidates. Count Binface, not officially affiliated with any political party, is standing in opposition - so if it goes ahead, the vote is between Farage and Count Binface, and there’s a chance of Binface winning.

It’s functionally unlimited. The only limits would be:

1. your imagination
2. the structural properties of bacon

We can invent new games which use bacon.

Computer games might be a bit tricky, but many board games would be completely possible to manufacture from cut-out bacon pieces.
