Since the fediverse is growing and growing fast, there is some content coming through the all feed that, personally, I would prefer to not see from specific communities.
For example, if I wanted to block communities dedicated to vtubers, when that community shows up in my all feed, I would like to explicitly block that content from being shown in my client.
On other “centralized” social media platforms, you could use browser extensions to block specific content from communities that you wouldn’t want to see.
Just wondering if there’s something already there or if I need to make a feature ask to the lemmy client owners.
I blocked one of the nsfw comms from my All feed, at least on Jerboa. I think it was in the “more” button.
edit: on desktop it seems the easiest way is to go to the community and select “block community” from the sidebar. At least for me.
