Immediate cessation of operations for data centers that lower the quality of life in their area until they’re compliant with local ordinances and jail time for the individuals that cause the problem. That last part’s probably never going to happen, but I want it for every business, not just data centers.

Somehow added two unpermitted and unmonitored water connections?! SOMEBODY installed that shit without checking permits and needs to be in jail. Both the installer and the person who hired them.
I don’t believe it solves a problem, and I believe that it will make things worse. It’s as good as an asbestos installation tax, and I believe that allowing the government to siphon money off the endeavor just makes it even less likely that they’ll do anything to stop the damage in the future.
11·2 days agoSome of these responses are so nuts that they might be your aunts conspiring to fuck with you. Or caterers desperate to sell one more plate. It’s like they never visit graves or even talk about the person that died again. Are you even ever going to see these people again?
Fuck what your dad wants. Ask your mom/siblings if they need the support, if you like them. And if you do go, you can literally fart on your aunts. I can’t fathom why people want you to engage with people who make your life worse for no gain. Yeah, smile for your boss because you need the paycheck, but this?
I didn’t say that.
Of course I can win against those animals, the same way I can beat Serena Williams at tennis. She just has to mess up a lot.
Which will really help with the stealing the electricity and water problem.

71·3 days agoI feel the same way you do. I’m okay with digital purchases on Steam because it’s basically a catalog of receipts I can point at if I eventually have to pirate something I bought, but I don’t have that option on a console. Well, I do, but it’s a huge hassle.

Right. The “fellow girl” phrasing is a flag to people of my age that says “this is a joke”, referring to how obvious it is that Steve Buscemi was not a “fellow kid”.
He’s an incel, but he’s not actually trying to impersonate a woman, in the same way that drag queens aren’t. Which is why I made the joke that _shiraku would ruin a drag event because they don’t understand the context.
His post? I thought his company died after the election lawsuits. He kept whining about being ruined.
Wait, is the “fellow kids” meme not widely known now?
